Presenting Ourselves To The World More Confidently

Be honest, how many times have you looked at yourself; I mean, really looked at yourself and paid attention to the various changes that are occurring daily in which affect your life and the reflection you cast upon the world around you?

How often have you looked within the mirror and saw your reflection distorted or you appeared younger or even considerably aged compared to the day before? When purifying ourselves at such a deep cellular level, we are regenerating ourselves from the inside out preparing our vessel to be able to anchor pure divine energy at highly concentrated and potent levels while physically channeling that love, light and divine will into the world, as well as, into our own lives and those we come in contact with.

When we are filled with anxiety, worry, negative self talk and thoughts, we carry not only our burdens upon our shoulders but we also tend to physically show our stress and insecurities. These energies and thought-forms weigh us down considerably thus also making us appear fatigued, worn down and out right most people can tell that something is either bothering us or we’re sick; when in reality we’re just sick of the bullshit and it does tend to show by our looks, our attitudes and how we react to things or situations regarding others.

And we all should know by now, if we look like crap 9 x’s out of 10 we usually feel like it too. We tend to wear our stress on our faces and how negatively it is affecting us whether we’re consciously aware of it or not. But if we are happy, passionate and look forward to the day with a positive attitude most likely you look younger, feel better and in most cases life is a lot easier to deal with, not to mention physically, mentally and emotionally things improve within your life even if in small ways.

Surely you can notice a pattern if you pay attention to how our thoughts, actions and moods transform our experiences and reality. Then we can more easily identify common triggers that wear us down, make us feel old and sometimes down right awful; not to mention often times bewildered, frustrated and even more confused with what’s occurring with our bodies inside and out.

Like a snake that has shed it’s skin, we are physically raw and sore from all the transmuting that has been taking place on such deep levels within our beingness. As we too have shed more of the layers of our ego in order to expand, grow and become even more clearer channels of divine will.

In this phase, we are super sensitive to the slightest stimuli regardless of it’s source. And often times find ourselves purging physically as well via sudden intolerances to foods and beverages that used to satisfy us but during various transitions they cause severe heartburn, digestive issues and inexplicable ailments as our bodies further purge the toxins and debris from within. Often times there are gall bladder and appendix attacks also that tend to surface during those times.

Back, neck, chest and severe headaches all signal upper body chakras being forced open by the kundalini as more heightened crystalline light energy permeates our beingness. Everything is being brought into a state of quickening. Some days, our physical bodies feel as if they’ve been put through the wringer and we wonder how we’ll make it through the day let alone deal with everything that’s on our To-Do List to take care of our families and responsibilities.

It is also very common to have a lot of transitional flu symptoms, upper respiratory infections, as well as sinus infections during these purgings as our bodies are being acclimated to a heightened awareness of our senses. Sometimes, it is when we are at rest and still that our bodies can do the most acclimating and healing but all too often we’re so busy-that we don’t always take time to meditate, attune to or just simply take time to nurture ourselves so we are often times forced to have some downtime in order to successfully receive the necessarily energetic attunements and healing we need to keep from short circuiting ourselves out.

Just like a newborn baby, as we rebirth ourselves remember that we must nurture and nourish ourselves to continue the positive flow of higher spiritual energies to maintain our pureness after the major purging and rebirthing process. We must treat ourselves with gentleness and take the extra time to pamper ourselves in order to fully benefit from the great purification that is occurring globally and within humanity itself.

Once we become lighter, purer and cleansed by the alchemical fires that help us to ascend and unite all aspects of ourselves into the here and now through the process of integration; then think of it as a chance to start over anew with our lifestyles and diets, as well as, letting go of addictions and bad habits. To fall back into old habits only defeats the purpose and refills our sacred space with toxins that we just spent a long time ridding ourselves of. So becoming super conscious of ourselves in everything that we do in positive and healing ways will not only benefit us but also propel us even further upon the path of enlightenment and ascension.

Now that Summer is officially over, the cooler air has begun to blow our bodies need for additional care to help maintain better balance. With all that we’ve endured over the years trying to take care of others, it is now time to take better care of ourselves so that we may improve our and take better care of our own lives. Our outlook in how we feel and look can be a beneficial tool to help us become more confident and accepting of ourselves.

That’s why it’s important to get up everyday and find ways to make yourself feel beautiful, more vibrant and empowered. Just like the clothes we wear can influence how we feel so too can our moods, our stressors and daily burdens which all can be transformed into a more positive experience via adjusting our thoughts and how we react to situations.

For example if you wear certain colors they can make you feel more powerful and confident; so too is the way you present yourself to the world and if your stressed to the max and all frumpy looking chances are others will not take you seriously and will probably think that you have lost control of your life and are so filled with apprehension and fear that what you say may lead to an over-exaggerated version of what’s really going on.

Whereas if you act cool, calm and collected and present yourself confidently to the world despite the obstacles it will change the way in which you react to those obstacles and most likely, creatively help you devise a solution to overcome those limitations than if you were in an anxiety ridden state of mind trying to deal with the situations.

Not only do we need to become more tolerant of other people’s wrong doings but also our own. Choose from which state of beingness we want to operate in so that we can make the most of our lives and opportunities available to us or continue to be overwhelmed caught in a vicious cycle that seems never-ending.

And finally, by taking better care of ourselves, and taking the time to nourish our bodies in every aspect we can more easily adapt to the changes and our circumstances will not be as difficult to deal with. Not to mention the added benefits of how we look and feel! After all, we’re all worth it! And with the immense amount of karmic clearing we’ve been doing it’s a necessity if we want to remain youthful and young of heart as long as possible. For nothing ages us faster than stress and dwelling on the negatives. So make sure to take plenty of time to balance work with play, as well as, make taking time to nurture yourself a priority in your life.

We all deserve to pamper ourselves and enjoy life to the fullest so what are you waiting for?

Much Love and Many Blessings,

A Time of Introspection, Discernment and Restoring Balance

With so many things happening around us on so many levels physically, mentally and emotionally, confusion can easily set in. Sometimes things can become very chaotic, draining and often times even appearing hopeless! But that is only an illusion for if things are out of order in our lives, then it’s up to us to set then straight and clean them up! For if we don’t do it then surely no one else will. With the quickening of time that we’ve all been experiencing there’s bound to be a few areas that are needing our attention or have become unbalanced with all the shifts and transitions that have been occurring with our planet and individually as well.

Now would be an ideal time in which to actively restore balance and vigor within our lives as we begin to slow down a little after the Summer’s rush. As the leaves begin to change, one-by-one, we can begin putting everything within our lives back in order or at least take the time to access the various elements and facets so that we may discern what really is in alignment with our goals and ambitions or what needs to be released in order to move forward into a new space, new energy, new awareness, and better flow of positive abundance into our lives.

With so many planetary transmissions of light energy and codes to assist in awakening our latent DNA, as well as, to help us to ascend into the higher dimensional realms and expand our consciousness. The more disorderly our lives are, the more chaotic it will probably become which is the primary reason to establish and create balance within our homes and every aspect of our lives that we possibly can. It is definitely time to clear our sacred space or for some individuals even establish a new living space. As many are being urged to relocate to other areas that are more within alignment of their new roles and energies as we move forward upon our planetary and personal ascension process and evolutionary process as well.

The kundalini’s activity during these heightened peaks of quickening and activations taking place are also creating a good deal of physical symptoms that are sometimes frightening and inexplicable to say the least. Which is another good reason to actively take ahold of the reigns now and regain control of our lives. The more we are actively moving our bodies the easier it is for things to be processed within us as the alchemical fires continue forging ahead by literally devouring everything within us that is debris, unneeded and not in alignment with our highest good any longer whether it be karmic debris, emotional clutter, out-dated thoughts, feelings or beliefs, etc.

There is so much occurring within the depths of our beingness alchemically. We are transmuting all the poisons within us and our bodies that have accumulated over our various lifetimes and this one as well. Releasing toxic karmic debts and emotional bonds that no longer serve a purpose, as well as toxins within our physical bodies. Transforming ourselves and lives in various ways according to our individual soul’s highest good and whatever is needed for each individual to progress upon their own path of enlightenment and awakening to their divinity. And it is when the kundalini comes against a blockage that is filled with these unnecessary fragments that causes the physical pain we have come to experience over these passing years. Things that needed to be let go of or released emotionally, mentally or physically that we’ve fought against, pushed to the side or tried to ignore created an energetic blockage within the associated chakra in which makes the kundalini’s passage more narrow thus creating physical symptoms and pain as it forces it’s way through our bodies trying to reach it’s zenith.

The more we work through these things that we’ve tried to avoid or have put off till the last minute the easier these transitions will be on us as the lighter energetically we will become. It is often in our resistance to changing things within our lives that creates even more issues to deal with because we become stuck and trapped in a vicious cycle that we may not like but it has become familiar to us and that sometimes is comforting just like a security blanket. Sometimes it’s necessary to step outside the confounds of our comfort zone in order to truly see what all opportunities are available to us; instead of the limiting view we have become accustomed to seeing.

We’ve learned so much information over the past few decades and at times even experienced mass overload! Like sponges absorbing everything we could get our hands onto to read, study or research in an effort to discover more of who we are, where we came from and what exactly is our purpose and destiny in this lifetime. Some may find that during these great shifts in our consciousness that there is some short term memory loss, as well as, older experiences become foreign to us; as if it were another person who experienced them. Much of the world as we know it is changing, so is the way in which we are viewing our world and our experiences. And as such, our collective and individual memory also is evolving and changing as much of the old is dropping away as we soar even higher into our divine origins and purpose.

It’s hard to believe that the New Year is literally right around the corner, so I think that it would make sense to try to have our space and lives in order to start off the New Year on a positive step in the right direction. With the next few months until then, we should be focusing upon balancing ourselves, our lives, our homes and being aware of exactly what we’d like to achieve and manifest in our lives becoming clearer of our intentions and setting some personal goals for ourselves to strive towards. Some individuals may find themselves being called in a different direction with their work or what they want in their lives. What we have been may not necessarily be what we will become in the future as we become more in alignment with our true ability to be a vessel of universal energy and divine will to assist humanity and the earth during this great shift in our planet and awareness.

As more and more individuals awaken to their internal call to be a light-bearer and vessels of unconditional love and healing energy, many of the fore-bearers are being thrown into new roles as teachers to help those who are awakening find understanding within their individual process and path of ascension. Some may feel drawn to expand upon or redefine their skills, go to school for additional certification or to broaden their own horizons embarking upon a new career, as well as, take their work on the road to become more physically interactive with the public one-on-one. There is an endless supply of unlimited potential and resources available to us if we open ourselves up to receiving that abundance by being in alignment with opportunities that present themselves in which to help liberate us and free us from our stagnation and limitations that we perceive within our everyday lives.

To become more in alignment we must transform the chaos in our lives and establish control and order over our affairs and life in all it’s aspects. The disillusionment we’ve been feeling as we’ve been transitioning and integrating into the newer heightened energies may have helped us to reach a breaking point in which we can no longer tolerate our circumstances as they are without making some significant changes. Whether that be in our priorities, focus, intent, attitudes, surroundings or whatever other area of our lives that feels it needs to be spruced up and made anew. Including decluttering our homes, rearranging the furniture, changing our residence, enhance our financial position through changing jobs or enrolling in additional training, giving ourselves a new hair do or even altering our appearance in some way. Now is the time to reach for new ways to express ourselves and make sure that all that surrounds us is a reflection of that beauty.

We can no longer idly set back and procrastinate or shriek off our responsibilities on someone else, it’s time to be accountable for our own actions, responsibilities and actively establishing order and balance within our lives. We can no longer blame others for our circumstances we must accept that all that we have experienced has been a means in which to bring us to this point in time in which we can be in alignment with our purpose and learn how to master ourselves as we ascend above our limitations physically and spiritually integrate more of higher selves into the here and now. We are living alchemy in action as we transmute, transform and rebirth ourselves while letting go of all that has held us confined within the 3D reality of lack and limitation.

As we assist in helping our precious Mother Earth to rebirth and attune humanity to the awakening and ascension, we are also rebirthing ourselves and our conscious awareness of how we perceive the world around us. When we become more aware of the processes at play then understanding their significance helps us to see a grandeur scheme of things and the underlying causes for what is occurring around us. As well as, help us to discern what best course of action to take that will be in alignment with our needs, desires, goals and purpose. Which is hard to figure out when our space, emotions and minds are filled with clutter and unnecessary debris that no longer serves a purpose and must be released in order to allow room for more positive opportunities to present themselves to us as we further progress upon our individual paths.

Now is a time of weighing our pros and cons of the things within our lives that are out of balance. Discerning what is of value and what no longer helps us or has become a hindrance or created pain within our lives, as well as, what things we would like to see manifest within our lives so that we can focus upon the positive things we’d like to see and make a conscious effort towards actively creating those very things. We have to assess what is needed to bring about those changes, develop a little game plan for ourselves in which to effectively make it a reality. And the most important step is actively participating daily towards accomplishing those goals. We can no longer walk the path that has been walked before us. as we have been led to do in the past. We must pave our own road, for no one else can do it for us any longer. For it is up to us to design it and co-create the reality and picture we wish to see painted before us. It is time to become masters at creating the life of our dreams.

Rising Above The Clutter

This year has seemingly been whizzing right by us at warp speed! Seems like as soon as we try to stick to a routine or finish things we’ve started previously, we keep getting side-winded along the way due to unforeseen circumstances and a whole myriad of other things that have been bombarding us on every level of our beingness & lives.

There has definitely been some powerful planetary forces and energies at play stirring up things forcing them to the surface in order for us to deal with. Often times, I find it’s the unpleasant stuff that we’ve pushed deep within us trying to ignore or deal with including some things we may not have been consciously aware of that we were holding onto emotionally. Lots of root issues, support system’s becoming unstable or unreliable and financial hardships as the majority of individuals are struggling to merely survive in the present state of the economy.

Chaos seeming to ensue in various facets of our lives. Sometimes the harder we try to control things the more difficult they become. Usually, we’ll get the point knowing that we are supposed to be “going with the flow” rather than trying to fight the current or hang onto the shores fearfully. This in itself can often times become an overwhelming challenge creating even more trepidation and fear. As a result, we tend to go through phases in which everything becomes chaotic and even at times completely falls apart.

So where do we go from here? We can take advantage of the challenges before us and look at ways in which we can learn from them, as well as, utilize them to work through our problems and heal on many levels and aspects of our lives (physically, emotionally, mentally & spiritually). We all go through various alchemical stages in our lives throughout various periods of time and individual cycles. When things have begun breaking down that is the best time to release the things within your life that are not bearing fruit or are simply taking up space, time and depleting your precious energy and life force.

All too often, I find that our homes quickly become a reflection of the state of our inner selves displayed before us in the clutter and endless list of To Do’s needing to be done. So as we find these areas that are needing our attention to deal with them we can also take the time to honor our feelings, release them and as a result ultimately heal that wound during the process of us decluttering, organizing and cleaning up our lives and living space.

This same approach applies to every area and aspect of your life. Each room holds an overall “theme” or “energy” that corresponds with an area of our life whether it’s relationships, money, health, etc. these areas that need to be purged and cleansed represent something that needs to be purged, cleansed and purified from within you as well. The first step is by decluttering, cleaning and organizing your living space. Thereby that action in itself will help to release those things that have been weighing you down, demanding your attention while robbing you of your energy and simply overwhelming you creating tons of frustration and chaos.

And as many of you know, this truly can become a vicious cycle and test of wills trying to remain balanced, free of clutter, organized and utilizing our energy efficiently to just get through the day. So many of us have been simply ready to pull our hair out from lack of knowing what to do, where to start and often times even understanding where it all went wrong! Sometimes we may even feel alone in our burdens but in reality it’s a challenge the mass majority of people, especially women, have to try to juggle along with taking care of our families, keeping everyone else on track, do the shopping and a zillion other things that us “Mom’s” have to contend with each and every day.

So where do we get started? There’s varying opinions on the answer to this question. FlyLady suggests the kitchen sink; other experts suggest just picking an area and begin tackling the areas that draw your attention to them as you enter the room. While still others, suggest writing an extensive list of tasks needing done and breaking them down into small manageable projects. Truly there’s an endless supply of where and how to get started but the most essential element is taking action and physically doing something; instead of mulling over all that needs to be done.

In lieu of that information, it becomes apparent to me that we need to devise a Plan of Action for ourselves that best suits our individual needs. Of course, this is where it gets somewhat confusing because everyone has a different “idea” of what a “need” entails. So looking at things from that perspective the first question you need to ask yourself is “What are my priorities?”. What things are needed to be done in order for your family to survive? The logical answer would be food, love and less stress. So how do we incorporate those things into our lives in healthy doses that can help to balance our own individual lifestyle and maintain our family at the same time?

This would include our shopping, menu planning, regular physical activity, housecleaning, running errands, accommodating others within the family, personal time, quality family time and ton of other things that we feel obligated to do whether we have the energy to do them or not. Many of us had parents who turned chores into punishment and tried to force us to be meticulous to a fault in our perfectionism and it was these very attitudes and values that were impressed upon us that later have proven to be very challenging and often times set us up to be “failures” as adults when trying to maintain our own home and affairs.

That in itself is a major energy zapper when we feel that we cannot live up to the expectations set forth by our parents as to what our homes should look like, how we should manage our time and often times even dictate what our priorities should be whether their in alignment with our lives or not there’s always a lot of self-worth issues to address when being raised in this type of environment. We’ve been taught that if we can’t do something right or even all at once then don’t start what you can’t finish. In our busy world today, things are not like they were 25+ years ago when life itself wasn’t as busy nor were there as many distractions to contend with daily either.

Our lives no longer model the 1950′s woman working diligently on our house while the family is at school and work then giving every ounce of our energy to being Super Mom or Wonder Woman participating in every little event going on and trying to take care of everyone we know. In today’s world sometimes it’s hard enough to just simply take care of yourself let alone challenging trying to take care of a family as well. It’s not that we don’t aspire to be the “Do-it-all” but often times we may not have a lot of time at our disposal in order to get all the detailed cleaning done so we have to adapt a plan that works around our priorities and our personal daily needs that best maximize our efficiency, improve our time management skills and meet the needs of our family as well.

Life is filled with plenty of To-Do’s some of which may or may never get done but one thing is for certain and that is only we can make the best of a situation if we so choose or we can make the worst of it by being bitter at what we are expected to do, what responsibilities we may have and even often times belittling ourselves for not being able to handle it all by ourselves. The list goes on and on with all the things we say and do to ourselves as a result of the state of our homes, our bodies and ultimately our lives. We’ve all been there where it seems the harder we strive to be perfect the more the world around us tries to prove to us we are far from it! But those are the pre-conditioned thinking patterns surfacing reminding us of all we do wrong determined by the expectations of our parents and the environments we grew up in.

These negative self criticism and thoughts tend to navigate our lives around in circles that only perpetuate the problems we are seeking to solve most often but are afraid to make ripples or waves due to the fear of what that change may bring about. So we set in silence pondering on how to fix the things that have gone awry in our lives and with it comes the ultimate question of what do we truly want out of life? What dreams, goals and ambitions do you have? Are you actively taking any steps towards achieving them or merely wishing them to simply manifest in your life by some mysterious force?

The only way that will occur is through actively taking action to manifest what you are wanting to experience within your life. When things are stagnated, stuck and undealt with it creates chaotic energy that builds until it becomes an explosive volatile situation in which things are forced to the surface in which to deal with much like volcanic eruptions, each time it erupts it releases pressure and helps to alleviate the stress and pain of the shifting earth and yet sometimes it can lay dormant within itself containing all that needs to be purged and released for years before finally exploding and ridding itself of what no longer serves a purpose much life we humans do emotionally.

And if you have really caught a glimpse at all your clutter and the state of your house, there are times in which it simply looks like it’s about to erupt from all the mounds of clutter we have accumulated over the years or like a whirlwind has come through turning everything into chaos within it’s path from one end of the house to the other. Especially the latter if you have children within the home or roommates who have a “carefree lifestyle”. Many of us were brought up hoarding things to save them for a rainy day when we or someone else might be able to use them regardless of whatever it was, there’s always been an over abundance of hoarding going on whether it’s hanging onto old clothes, paperwork, collectibles or other miscellaneous.

If we could find something at a good deal it was always considered wiser to buy it just encase you may need it in the future, as well as, holding onto everything someone gives you regardless of whether or not you’ll use it many of us have been blessed with lots of family and friends who think of us every time they have something to get rid of or have inherited a bunch of things simply because the family didn’t really want to deal with it or have to clean it themselves. Of course, probably at those times and ages we were all too happy to take on more stuff simply because we didn’t want to be rude, hurt someone’s feelings or we were raised to believe that as long as you had plenty of possessions it would appear that you were well to do regardless of how much money you really did have. A poor person could easily find things to make her home and wardrobe look as if she spent a ton of money on it and in reality it was just some pocket change.

And most likely, all of those have happened to us at some point or another in our never ending plight to get ourselves organized, stick to a plausible routine and have the luxury to enjoy our lives rather than be overwhelmed by all the responsibilities and things we have to do. And usually every step of the way wondering where we’re gong to get the energy to get it all done. Our clutter, whether it’s internal or external has also done wonders at robbing our energy like parasites sucking the life right out of us. It distracts us, depresses us, taunts us and makes us feel like we’re the world’s worst housekeeper. But in reality, that’s just our negative self talk trying to tear us down even further over our shortcomings and this is where we must regain our power back and learn how to focus our time, energy and mind towards positive thinking and intentions.

I know there have been a few times when my house was what I thought could be it’s absolute worst condition then turn on the hoarding TV show and am absolutely astounded and amazed what kind of conditions these people are living in and quickly come back to my senses realizing what mess I have to clean is nothing in comparison to what these people have going on. Most usually within a few minutes of watching that I end up getting motivated to get busy doing something productive and find that often times I spend more time complaining of what I need to get done than actually taking the few minutes it takes to actively get the task done. We’ve all been there and done that I’m sure a few times as well.

This is where learning how to manage your time more efficiently comes into play and learning the value of time and how much time it takes to do most tasks. There are some things that we tend to put off thinking it will take forever to finish to only dig in to find out later it only took a few minutes to complete. At which point we’re usually kicking ourselves for having put it off for so long.

And this is also where our upbringing plays a pivotal role in how we perceive tasks and the amount of time required to get them done. In most instances, if we can’t do everything at one time then we tend to procrastinate until it becomes such a disaster waiting to happen before we actively put forth any effort to get it done. At this point, we may end up frantically trying to tackle everything needing done in an area or throughout the house in the shortest amount of time possible by cramming as many tasks into the day as you can often times cleaning 18 – 24 hrs. or longer nonstop just to get things caught back up only to wear ourself out completely and have to recuperate for a few days. Most usually the house gets drug back out, messed up and dirtied again while you were trying to catch up from the cruel punishment you gave yourself for allowing the house to get into that condition to begin with which ultimately leads to more episodes of repetitive cycles in desperation and depleted energy levels, as well as, emotionally and mentally beating yourself up.

We have to stop being so hard on ourselves because we can’t live up to the expectations set forth by our parents, others or ourselves. Sometimes the reality is that they are much higher than we can accommodate at all times as life is always in a state of fluctuation, transformation and change. So we have to adapt to those changes without losing our sanity in the process and for the majority of us, I think that is where we are most challenged where our ideals do not always match those of our upbringing and parents’ expectations. We were trained to be perfectionists at all cost, to be-it-all and do-it-all without fail and to carry as many burdens as possible to prove how strong we really are to name a few. Sometimes truly it is a battle of our minds and sanity trying to get through the self worth issues that stem from our inability to maintain the status quo and expectations our parents, in-laws or society expected us to.

The way to rise above the clutter and triumph over ongoing battles of balancing all the various aspects in our lives is through actively taking action and regain control over your home and life. This simply can be as simple to get started as spending a few minutes each day working on decluttering or organizing an area of your home that’s really vying for your attention or where you feel most drawn to begin reclaiming your space. Make a To-List for each room and break it down into small steps that you can manage easily. As you clean up your living space it also helps to clean up your life and restore your control and balance. Which is all apart of the process of learning how to balance your life.

Now that Autumn is here, it’s a great time to focus on removing the clutter, chaos and frustration from you life one day and room at a time. As you clean, organize and prioritize your life balance will be established and you will find much more time to enjoy the things you’d like to be doing but weren’t able to because there was too much other stuff dragging you down, vying for your attention, making you feel overwhelmed or side-tracking you from your aspirations and achieving your goals. It’s not going to happen overnight but small persistent steps towards improving yourself, your life, your home, your circumstances will be well worth the effort, time and energy for this type of energy is purifying, cleansing, healing and rejuvenating to all aspects and levels of our lives.

I wish you luck rising above the clutter and remaining above the fray in life. Taking action even the smallest act sets the ball rolling to validate the fact you want to improve the energy that is flowing within your life; as a result the more you participate actively in achieving your personal goals for your home, family, life and self the quicker you will manifest more positive and beneficial influences and elements into your life to assist you in positive and healing ways.
